Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to EU countries from our European distribution centre and ship to the US from our US based distribution centre (In North Carolina) on pureternia.com. For Swiss orders and deliveries please visit our Swiss site at pureternia.ch

How long will my order take to arrive?

What are your international shipping costs?

Do I have to pay import taxes or duties?

• EU orders: No import duties are expected.
  

• US Order: No import Duties as local US Delivery

• Worldwide orders (outside EU): Import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
 If you didn’t receive it, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Only before dispatch. Once the order leaves our warehouse, changes are no longer possible.
Please double-check your address at checkout and email us immediately at contact us  if anything is incorrect.

What if my country isn't listed?

If your country is not listed or you’re unsure about delivery options, please contact us  – we’ll be happy to confirm availability.

What’s your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

I need my order quickly – can you expedite shipping?
